1. MEMBERSHIP of the GMCAAN : Members will be enrolled only as life members. Members enrolled at the Head Office of the GMCAAN shall be known as primary members. Type of Life Membership will be as follows
2. FULL MEMBERSHIP: The following are eligible for full membership. On becoming full members, they are entitled to call themselves “Members of GMCAAN.”

   Group A: Shall comprise: Medical graduates (MBBS) of GMC

   Group B: Shall comprise

   B1* Those who have completed any postgraduate medical/ paramedical from GMC (MD, MS, Phd, B.Sc., D.M., M.Ch., etc.
   B2* Faculty of GMC (past or present) who have held a regular job at the institute
   B3* All those who have completed an under graduate paramedical degree/diploma course at GMC.
   B4* Anyone who has worked for atleast 3 continuous years in an academic medical job at GMC Nagpur
3. GUEST MEMBERSHIP: Open to any one (including Indian/Foreign visitors) who has worked/ participated in any academic activity at GMC for a continuous period of atleast six months but is not eligible for full membership. (Please attach proof). Such member will be called the “Guest GMCAAN.”
4. MEMBERSHIP FEES: (Revisable)
   Currently:- Indian Rs. 1000/- for Indian Residents-U.S. Dollars 100/- for Non-Resident Indian
5. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
   COMPOSITION: It shall consist of office bearers (One-President, Two-Vice Presidents. One secretary Two- Joint Secretaries, One-Treasurer, One-Joint Treasurer) and Eleven- Executive Committee Members (7 elected from Group A as in clause 4.1 A i.e., medical graduates (MBBS) from GMC and one each elected/co-opted from amongst Group B as in clause 4.1 B., i.e., Group B1, B2, B3, B4)
